30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at contact@swtimelesstotes.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

4. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
